Viking Value of the Week is HONESTY. According to the dictionary, honesty is not lying, cheating, stealing, or taking unfair advantage. It is being honorable. When you are honest, you have a peace within you. Other people trust you–at school, at work, at home, and out in society. You just go further in life. You respect yourself and others respect you as well.
If you are interested in participating on the track team, this announcement is for you. Track starts in February but on January 14th we will start conditioning for those not in a sport right now. See Miss Hill in room 213 to sign up for the running club! Although this is not a requirement of track, it is essential that you establish a good base to do well. Track is for ALL GRADES!
This message is from the media center. Students, please come in and help with the quilts and tying fleece blankets for the Road Home Shelter before and after school and during FLEX. We will also be taking donations for the Road Home Shelter through December 18th. Bring to our library your gently-used costs, hats, mittens, gloves, and any other items that would help those in need.
